Ms. Reyes the supervisor should take this opportunity of closed doors to review policies with her team considering many policies have been broken and personal information not cared for with respectful hands, Miss direction being shared and wrong information given. A few in her office are professional but most are uninformed which is a reflection of poor leadership and management. It’s a sad day when a public office is unable to give accurate direction and information. I’m just grateful ms Reyes is not in a different position. Such as a pharmacist who could easily cause grave damage by not paying attention to details. Again I don’t fault her uneducated team, I fault her for failing as a supervisor.
